Hello hello and whew! It’s Friday!
I didn’t host Thanksgiving this year but that didn’t mean I didn’t cook a turkey. Okay, I made my super moist and delish turkey breast instead of the whole bird, but holy cow! Once again, it turned out beyond good. Cooking an extra turkey breast is part of my Thanksgiving routine because my Curry Turkey Pot Pie, Turkey Tetranzzini, and famous Deer Valley Turkey Chili recipe are my jam. Nothing wrong with making your Thanksgiving turkey last all week long.
